Toxic management worked in the 50ies and dragged on until the 90ies....not now, not any more !!!

it's a guaranteed  recipe for failure nowadays ,

believe you me, I have been on both sides as a team member  in my younger days and as a Manager later on 

I know the intensity and the "factabilty" of my statement 

for instance, one of my previous experiences, I had  a team of engineers ranging from 23 years old to 64 years old.. from various ethnic and religious back-grounds 

the 23 years old girl was a charm to coach ! hard working, ambitious, she had it all... but veeeery cocky 

the 64 years old was a grumpy old granddad with the whole package of the north American old school white supremacist ideology an then some ... he was mean to the little girl and the rest of the team including me .. his boss

I knew that my mission was to get my team straight including both of them !!!

I never patronized the young lady, I just kept listening to her and giving her advices on how to be a better person (not only a better employee)...  she came out great 

With the old-man (toxic employee) I went straight down to it : here is how it is gonna go down in my team a 3emmi, I was in my early 30ies

either you are one of us, either , i am gonna send you to retirement... BUT, it would be a shame, I personally need you to help me coach the rest of the team to be better ... with your experience an all that...

guess what, he became the favorite of not only my team, but the whole company

and all this is an environment of corporate rat race where INCOME is the holy grail (it means you can control people through their income)

f*cking Vahid could have done the same thing with ziyakh: help me help the team !!!

Personnellement je suis contre le faite de donner à ziyech l’occasion de jouer une coupe du monde mais j’ai le même sentiment pour vahid ce mec nous a humilier avec plusieurs passage ou il nous a fait passer pour des rageux du voisin , il a sorti sans pression «  je préfère  perdre  avec certains que gagner avec d’autre » il a insulter le père de Hakim ( Deschamps n’a jamais mal parler de Benzema malgré tout ce qu’il a subit a cause de lui ) il a insulter le public , il refuse de répondre à la presse marocaine mais fanfaronne dans son bled en interview  donc a un moment donné cracher sur ziyech oui je veux bien mais vahid aussi doit dégager perso je me sentirais humilier si vahid ou ziyech soit à la coupe du monde avec nous vous avez une mémoire sélective

Il y a un malentendu là-dessus, ça semble claire. 

Par contre, il y a des limites par rapport à quoi ? Ziyech s’il entend ça, il va en penser quoi ? Qu’est-ce qu’il a fait concrètement pour qu’on le sanctionne à ce point (mise à l’écart de la sélection) et qu’on rappelle à l’opinion publique qu’il y a des limites ? C’est des propos qui sont très dures alors il faut qu’ils soient justifiés.

I dont believe on that way in a company etheir (fire with the fire doesnt work) but we are talking about football, the retirement comes from ziyech  (the yound wizard) who seems to be more important than the team, vahid did set up his conditions (like you did with the supremacist old wizard with your managerial courage), but we dont really know what happened between them. and you wont keep someone that doesnt folow your rules, youll be taking the responsability of the results at the end.

i assume that you know already that there's a way of management for each génération. but you can't compare a highschooler and industrial environement on a developed company  with noob, bisnessmen and corrupted football enviroment. i think that Faouzi Lekjaa is going with your way at this moment and even putshing a little bit to force the changes.

did you try joinning a football club in morocco? did you see the mindset, the education of trainners, and what had young players to endure to go through them to be able to realise their dream in amateur fields? its really scary in some cases, i seen some coachs for U-10 to U-14 with words below the belts during some matchs! (luckyly not all of them)

you know that changes comes step by step, the federation is already trying to do that! (the summer camps, DJ's, familly meetings....all that as preparation for competitions taking in the way all small on big things in count on first teams) did you see the results? i believe that the changes has to start from the root (clubs and young players) instead of investing on the final output (national team).

there's no point of putting a stick on the feet of the coach just to get him out of them team, we just keep pulling fire on our national team feets. the only thing that will make me want him to leave is if the players wants that, wich isnot the case currently.
